This gold and leather Bulova timepiece is one of the few watches that Marilyn owned. She did not like they way they looked on her (she felt it broke the length of her arm) and she also felt watches should not be worn as fashion accessories. She loved this particular watch, however, so instead of wearing it she would carry the watch in her purse.
