In addition to Marilyn Monroe, How to Marry
a Millionaire stars Betty Grable, Lauren Bacall, William Powell
and Rory Calhoun. It is a comedy about three man-hunting New
York City models that are tired of cheap men and a lack of
money. The women, including Marilyn as Pola Debevoise, pool
their resources in an attempt to trap eligible bachelors.
Pola is very near-sighted, but refuses to wear her glasses
in front of men, which leads to some sticky situations.
